After mixing, the raw materials are fed into the single-screw extruder, which, along with molds and forming equipment, produces various shaped product blanks. The blanks undergo drying, frying, seasoning, and other processes, ultimately producing snack foods in shapes like onion rings, waffle crisps, and more.
The production line is capable of producing snacks in various shapes and sizes to meet the diverse demands of the snack food market. The products produced include spirals, shells, fries, shrimp sticks, chips, shrimp chips, round tubes, square tubes, spiral shells, rings, waves, thin rice cakes, 3D products, and many other varieties.
This production line can be equipped with a fully automatic intelligent electrical module, which enables automated production once operational parameters are set. Additionally, the line can be integrated with an intelligent backend monitoring system to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
