Product Description
This textured protein production line uses soybean meal as the main raw material and adopts an advanced segmented pressure-increasing screw structure. This significantly enhances the shear force and extrusion pressure inside the equipment, resulting in a tightly structured, lean meat-like textured protein product.
The product can be oil-seasoned to create snacks or crushed and used as an ingredient in the production of products such as ham and sausages.
The production line can be equipped with a fully automatic intelligent electrical module, allowing for automated production after setting the operational parameters. It can also be paired with an intelligent backend monitoring system to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
