Product Description
The spray flavoring line from Jinan Saixin Machinery Co., Ltd. consists of a lifting and conveying unit, a drum mixing unit, liquid spraying equipment, a powder spraying unit, and a mixing drum. It is primarily used for external coating and mixing of semi-finished food and pet food products. This equipment series ensures uniform spraying of grease, diluted sugar, cream, and seasonings such as sugar and salt onto the product surface, enhancing both taste and appearance while boosting product appeal. It is commonly used in combination with other processing equipment such as extruders, dryers, or fryers. Once sprayed and flavored, the food is typically ready as finished product and can be directly packaged for sale.
The flavoring line is equipped with an electronic control system that applies liquid and solid seasonings in programmed steps. The amount of seasoning sprayed is adjustable and precisely controlled, ensuring stable operation. All parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel, complying with food production standards. Customers can select different types and sizes of spray flavoring equipment based on their budget and product requirements.
The elevator features automatic feeding and is constructed with food-grade materials to ensure hygiene. The flavoring cylinder employs screw-based quantitative feeding and an advanced sprinkling system to guarantee even seasoning distribution, with adjustable screw rotation speed. The roller is formed through one-time pressing, leaving no dead corners. It uses imported spray nozzles with adjustable oil volume for uniform coating, along with an automatic electric heating system for barrel heating.
Depending on product type and output requirements, the equipment is available in both single-roller and double-roller configurations.
The roller barrel—a stainless-steel container where food is tumbled—is designed to be clean and sanitary.
In the double-roller configuration, oil is first sprayed at the feeding end of the roller, followed by the application of seasoning onto the product surface. This process requires oil separation and is suitable for the production of high-end products.
