Designed with Italian technology and refined through multiple improvements, the single-screw extrusion molding machine typically processes raw materials such as starch, flour (with a fineness of approximately 60–80 mesh), and other powdered substances. The machine comprises an extrusion system, power system, feeding system, rotary cutting system, heating system, cooling system, and control system. Key operational parameters, including heating temperature, screw speed, rotary cutting speed, and feeding speed, can be set and adjusted to meet the production requirements of different products. The one-key operation feature enables automatic control, with the drive motor, feeding motor, and rotary cutting motor all regulated by frequency converters. The energy-saving screw is made of alloy material and features a nitrided surface for enhanced durability.
